BeyondHome Program Application
IMPORTANT! BeyondHome is NOT low income housing nor do we offer rental assistance or emergency housing services. If you need urgent assistance, you will need to look into other resources or call 211.
Program Eligibility
You must meet ALL of the following program requirements to proceed through the application process.
Applicants must
Be 21 years old or older
Have at least one dependent minor in your care
Be employed FT, or employed PT while attending school
Make a minimum of $1500/month through a W2 employer
Have no felonies
Have no prior court-ordered evictions
Have no pets
Once accepted, residents must
Adults must work and/or attend school
Pay 30% of income in rent
Meet with an assigned case manager weekly
Complete monthly community service within the BeyondHome community
Have no felonies
Participate in bi-monthly Group Night classes
How do I apply?
Step 1 - Check Eligibility
Be sure that you qualify for the BeyondHome program by reviewing the list above.
Step 2 - Have a Sponsor
You must have a friend, family member, or organization willing to support you emotionally, relationally, and financially, if necessary, while in the BeyondHome program.
They must fill out the following form - Sponsor Form
Step 3 - Copy of Your Driver’s License.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your Driver’s License.
Step 4 - Proof of Income
You’ll be asked to upload three months’ worth of pay stubs per adult.
You must have ALL of the following documents ready to upload before completing the application form.
Missing forms or incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
Sponsor Form (see link in step 2 above)
A copy of your driver’s license
Three months’ worth of pay stubs (per adult)
