BeyondHome Youth Program

Our program empowers children and youth to rise to their fullest potential while building resiliency, learning to overcome challenges and adversity, discover their unique gifts and talents in order to become the best version of themselves.

The impact of our program:

  • Kids learn problem-solving and calming strategies, and learn to find solutions to challenging peer situations

  • Our youth program staff are available for kids to talk through tough things they are facing

  • Our ESL youth increase their English language skills

  • Kids form friendships and grow socially and emotionally

  • Kids are given opportunities to try new things that they never have before, which help them overcome their fears and discover their potential

In their own words…

  • The Cool Cash Store is our very own store where kids can earn “Cool Cash” and shop for toys, art, makeup, sports items and more. We aim to teach kids about money and give them an opportunity to learn the basics of earning, spending, saving etc.

    Ways to earn include:

    Helping at home with chores, helping in the office, cleaning up trash around the playgrounds and BeyondHome property, and earning good grades in school. Everyone who participates will be given a bank account and receive an initial deposit of $30 in cool cash to get started. Come earn and shop with us.

  • WhizKidz an organization helping disadvantaged elementary and middle school kids in the Denver metro area improve their lives through academic tutoring and positive mentoring. Tutoring is after school for one hour and focuses on reading, math and homework help.

  • Save Our Youth is a youth development organization providing at-risk youth with emotional, spiritual and educational skills for success through long-term mentoring relationships.
