De’Leathia has a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theology Seminary and a Master of Arts in Christian Formation from Denver Seminary. She has a diverse background as an administrator, a programmer, a house manager for women and children escaping domestic violence, and various church ministry roles.

De'Leathia is a poet and orator. She loves reading, writing, traveling, and music. Her passion, however, is walking with others as they discover and fulfill their dreams.
