Karen became the executive director of BeyondHome in 2016. She has a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling (1998). Since 1990 Karen has worked as a social worker, counselor, and nonprofit manager. She was the Executive Director of Street’s Hope in Lakewood and also has experience as the Family Stabilization Manager at Daybreak (Ohio), a homeless shelter and resource center for youth where she managed three departments.
